Join Parallel Employment as a Production Worker!

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to be part of our production team at a manufacturing facility in the East Troy area!

As a Production Worker, you will set up and operate finishing equipment. This mill position is expected to achieve targeted results in safety, production output and product quality. 

Candidates must possess solid general mechanical skills and should be open to training. Proficiency in using measuring devices, such as micrometers and tape measures, is also required.

Shifts Available:

2nd shift Mon-Fri 3p-11p

3rd shift Sun-Thu 11p-7a

Pay Rate: $20.05 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment as assigned

Ensure proper Alkaline cleaning of product including blowing of plugs

Set-up and operate pointers

Set-up and operate all draw benches and related equipment including bar drawing reelers

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Use measuring equipment, including micrometers and tape measures

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Good communication skills and basic math skills
