/ppUnder the direction of the Contract Services Supervisor, the Customer Service Coordinator supports the needs of all contract service customers by providing customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction through prompt action and follow up.
/ppEssential Responsibilities:/pulliDispatch service requests for contract customers.
/liliProvide dispatching/invoicing information to contract customers or Sales Department.
/liliReview service dispatch requests and then send service company to repair ZZ equipment installed under a contract warranty/service agreement.
/liliHave an understanding contract warranty/service agreement.
/liliRelay new service contractors for contract warranty/service work.
/liliAssemble proper documentation of billing/invoicing information for customers.
/liliAssist in the coordination of service work at customer sites when initial problem was not solved locally or not solved to the customers satisfaction.
/liliReview service bills for customers with contract warranty/service agreement.
/liliAssist in maintaining of spreadsheets for customers with contract warranty/service agreements.
/liliUnderstand the order process procedure, form order placement through shipping for customers with contract warranty/service agreements.
/liliMaintain files of the orders placed by customers with contract warranty/service agreements.
/liliDevelop understanding of IFS and how it relates to their position within company.
/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpRequirements for Effective Performance:/pulliHigh School Diploma / GED/lili6 months of relevant experience and/or training/li/ulpSkills/Abilities/Specifications:/pulliAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
/liliAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
/liliAbility to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
/liliAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
/liliAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
/li/ulpBehavioral Environmental Requirements:/pulliMaintain a positive work attitude.

/liliSafety toe shoes and safety glasses are required while in production areas.
/liliRegularly required to sit, stand, and walk throughout the office and production areas; have use of hands and fingers to use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
