/ppUnder the direction of the Customer Operations Manager, the Account Associate oversees and provides sales support to our customers, account managers, field representatives, internal project team, and Regional Sales managers from our North Prairie, WI location.
The Account Associate provides efficient and accurate preparation and follow up of quotations, orders and acknowledgements, logistics support, and schedules.
/ppEssential Responsibilities:/pulliCoordinate with the customer representatives and field sales team to provide quotes, orders, and acknowledgements.
/liliWork within company-specific software to run reports/liliAdministrative and data entry duties/liliKnowledge of outlook, teams, and phone etiquette to communicate with other departments and customers/liliClaiming Purchase Orders from Customer Portals/liliProvide support to the external sales team/liliAbility to read and understand customer fixture plans and store layouts in preparation of quote/order entry/liliSupports internal divisions daily account management activities/liliRoot cause analysis and corrective action of problem areas during sales process.
/liliCreate, maintain, and revise as needed, department processes, procedures, and standard work.
/liliProactive approach to personal and company continuous improvement/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpRequirements for Effective Performance:/pulliAssociate degree preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, account coordination, or project coordination/liliProven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized/liliStrong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and communicate clearly/li/ulpSkills/Abilities/Specifications:/pulliBasic knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)/liliAbility to prioritize tasks/liliExceptional attention to detail/liliAbility to apply critical thinking concepts to solve complex problems/liliAbility to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment/li/ulpBehavioral Environmental Requirements:/pulliMaintain a positive work attitude.
