manufacturing of professional equipment for tile and stone installation.

The U.S. branch is a growing and hands-on operation, working in close coordination with the
Italian headquarters.

exposure to both warehouse activities and broader business functions.
Position: Warehouse Operator
Key Responsibilities
The role is primarily operational, focused on warehouse activities and logistics support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch
Load and unload goods using manual handling or material handling equipment
Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
Ensure correct labeling, storage, and organization of products
Prepare shipping documentation and verify delivery notes
Coordinate with couriers and support shipping activities
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse
Support inventory planning and stock optimization, including periodic inventories
Provide general operational support to warehouse activities
Role Development
The position offers the opportunity to grow into a more senior and structured role within
warehouse operations, with increasing responsibility in coordination, process improvement,
and overall operational management.
Future responsibilities may include:
Ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient inbound/outbound logistics
Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
Coordinating shipments, transport providers, and freight carriers
Scheduling pickups and deliveries and managing logistics documentation
Maintaining accurate stock records, conducting inventory counts, and resolving
discrepancies
Verifying incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and quality compliance
Identifying inefficiencies in warehouse layout, workflows, and logistics processes
Supporting operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborating with other departments to improve overall operations
Continuing to support marketing-related activities when required
Requirements
Hands-on, operational mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Reliability and willingness to grow within the company
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn (training on forklift or other equipment will be provided)
What we offer
Salary: $45,000
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site (salaried position)
Working Hours:
Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1 hour
