What You’ll Do

Manage a variety of cases across our core practice areas

Draft pleadings, conduct research, and represent clients in hearings and mediations

Work directly with clients and maintain clear, compassionate communication

Collaborate with the team to improve processes and support firm growth

Requirements

Qualifications

Licensed to practice in Florida and in good standing

1–5 years of experience in family law, estate planning, or elder law preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy

Passionate about client service and eager to grow professionally

Comfortable using MS Office 365, Clio, WealthCounsel, and related systems

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $60,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience

Performance-based bonuses
