PE or APM - This is an open position opportunity to be hired by our client - a local luxury custom home builder in Miami, FL. Professionally - this could accelerate someone’s knowledge, work history, and career as continuing to grow in the construction industry.

Combination – work both in office & on-site (Miami Beach area)

High end complex custom homes

Support the PX and PM as part of the team

Consulting, documentation, collaborating, research, etc.

Willing to do what is needed to keep the projects moving forward day to day.

Requirements:

Must live within a daily commutable distance from Miami Beach, FL

Minimum of (3) plus years of experience as either a PE or APM

High End Custom Home (knowledge & construction experience)

Client and people-oriented person
