Senior Accountant, Palm Beach

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant with construction and development accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, and WIP schedules.
Reconcile project costs and revenues.
Prepare financial reports for development projects.
Assist with project budgeting and forecasting.
Support month-end close and financial analysis.
Work closely with project managers and development teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
4+ years of construction or real estate development accounting experience.
Strong understanding of job costing and revenue recognition.
Experience with construction accounting software preferred.
