Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to join its client growing team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative group of attorneys handling a diverse caseload of litigation matters. Responsibilities:

Support attorneys in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including medical malpractice, personal injury, and workers' compensation matters Draft, revise, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Manage case files from inception through trial, including maintaining deadlines and court calendarsCoordinate and assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation Review, organize, and summarize medical records and billing Communicate with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel Qualifications:

2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience Strong knowledge of Florida state court procedures and rules Experience handling high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organizational and communication skillsParalegal certification is a plus Benefits:
