BI Engineer, North Palm Beach

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a BI Engineer to own and evolve all internal operational analytics systems. This is a hands-on individual contributor (IC) role with the opportunity to take on Agile leadership responsibilities (Scrum Master or Product Owner) within a highly collaborative Scrum environment. You'll be responsible for building dashboards, reports, and lightweight data pipelines to support operations across the organization. - Own and manage all operational reporting systems - Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Fabric - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights - Build and maintain lightweight ETL pipelines using Azure tools - Participate in Agile ceremonies and potentially take on a Scrum leadership role - Report directly to the Director of Product Management Pay Range (dependent on experience) $55-65/hour We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
