The Store Manager for Jupiter's #1 Dry Cleaner plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day retail operations and leading a team of 7 employees. This position ensures exceptional customer service, assembly of garments, route services, and oversees quality, on-time processing of garments and alterations. The role involves coordinating on-going training and development of our team with opportunities for bonuses based on revenue and profit.
Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 7+ employees to ensure smooth daily store operations Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolve issues Oversee cleaning, pressing and garment processing at cost-efficient levels Create and manage weekly schedules Monitor quality standardsHandle cash management and ensure accurate transactions Train and develop staff to improve performance and skills Monitor sales and track store performance metrics Address and resolve problems efficiently to maintain store operations
Required Qualifications 2+ years experience in retail management Fluent in English Expertise in using point of sale systems High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of retail operations and customer service Experience in staff training and inventory control Proficient in cash handling and schedulingStrong conflict resolution and attention to detail Effective communication and leadership skills Company Description Our customers will most appreciate someone who can speak and understand English.
