Position Overview

A well-established and growing civil engineering firm is conducting a confidential search for a Project Manager (Professional Engineer). This role focuses on managing civil engineering projects from design through permitting while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage civil engineering projects from concept through permitting Coordinate with internal staff to ensure timely project delivery Prepare and review design and construction plans Perform quantity take-offs and technical analysis Support permitting efforts and regulatory compliance Conduct hydraulic network analysisAssist with technical specification writing and interpretation Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies Support construction administration activities Ensure quality control and project accuracy Project Exposure May Include

Land development projects Retrofit and infill developments Public sector infrastructure projects Multi-disciplinary civil engineering assignments Qualifications

Florida Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required 4–6+ years of civil engineering experience Strong understanding of civil design and permitting processes Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word Experience with hydraulic network analysis Experience in design and construction plan preparation Experience with quantity take-offs and permitting requirementsTechnical specification writing and interpretation Construction management exposure preferred Experience working with clients and regulatory agencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Ideal Candidate
