Welcome patients with a warm, hospitality-driven approach Manage check-in/check-out with accuracy and grace Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and support financial transparency Coordinate referrals and ensure smooth communication with specialists Schedule appointments on behalf of patients with efficiency and careProcess prescription refills and collaborate with pharmacies Maintain meticulous EMR documentation Support physicians and clinical staff to deliver a truly concierge-level experience What Makes You a Great Fit

High School Graduate Experience in typing and data entry Concierge Medical experience is preferred Minimum One year experience in a medical office Abilities Required
