What the Accounting Specialist will do:

Prepare and issue customer invoices based on shipment activity

Confirm billing aligns with operational documentation

Maintain AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices

Record and apply customer payments accurately

Accounts Payable invoicing

Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist:

2-7+ years experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support

Experience in distribution, logistics, food, or inventory-based businesses preferred

QuickBooks experience preferred

Experience managing AR aging and collections

Experience matching documentation to financial transactions
