Insurance Operations Coordinator, Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is seeking an Insurance Operations Coordinator. This position provides essential support for daily insurance administration processes, financial coordination, and proper accounting methodology. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with project management teams on procurement activities, including purchase order creation, requisition processing, and full procure-to-pay support
• Track insurance-related costs and execute month-end accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure proper accounting methodology and compliance with company policy
• Support master data creation and maintenance to ensure data accuracy across systems
• Coordinate cross-functionally with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management to prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements
• Facilitate executive signature processes for required documentation
• Maintain organized financial data and insurance tracking systems
• Monitor and validate all insurance-related cost flows
• Provide cost analysis and financial support to insurance providers
• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
• Experience with SAP financial modules
• Knowledge of month-end accrual processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
