We are looking for a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our HR team. The primary focus is managing the end-to-end lifecycle of employee benefits. This is an entry to mid-level role perfect for someone with about 2 years of experience who enjoys problem-solving, navigating state regulations, and providing empathetic support to employees during important life events. - Benefits Case Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all leave-related inquiries. You will manage the "Ticket" queue, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee questions..
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving Benefits programs to ensure company compliance and accurate employee pay.
- Documentation: Coordinate the distribution and collection of required medical certifications and notices, ensuring all records are kept confidential and organized.
- Benefits Support: Assist with general benefits administration, including enrollment support, life event processing, and basic inquiries regarding health and welfare plans.
- Communication: Serve as a bridge between employees, managers, and payroll to ensure leave statuses are clear and pay cycles are uninterrupted.
