10+ years of experience managing 3rd party logistics providers / distributors / transportation
* Experience with retail, ecomm, and medical distributor logistics requirement
* Experience managing operations regulated under the FDA / USDA, and Organic compliance
* Strong experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies as well as value creation initiatives
* Strong track record on performance and total cost management, with track record of cost out and value in, including route to market and cost to serve
* Experience in order and inventory management
* Proven track record on customer and supplier collaboration
* Very strong knowledge of supply chain processes and applications
* Strong project management and cross functional team management
* Experienced in medical nutrition or consumer packaged goods or supplements
* Managerial skills and abilities
*
5+ years in direct team management
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong ability to deliver on commitment
* Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
* Ability to brief and present to executives
* Enterprise business partner that has helped enable topline acceleration through logistics solutions
* Influencing skills – aligns all components of the Supply Chain to meet overall goals.
Negotiates solutions which best respond to customer needs and supply chain targets
* Ability to manage organizational changes
* Strong computer skills and systems knowledge (MAS or SAP strongly preferred)
Supervisory responsibilities:
3 direct reports (with a total team of 3-4 people)

Job is performed remote work from home as well as in an office environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Degree in Logistics management, Business Administration or similar field
