We hire the best and the brightest from across the country– constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services.- Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers - Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants - Prepare presentation materials including drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design concepts - Review project scope with construction project managers - Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 4+ years of relevant experience - Revit experience required - Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience producing construction drawings is requiredAt OneFourTwo, we believe that every structure has a unique story to tell.
