Logistics Coordinator, White Plains, NY

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to a growing team in White Plains, NY. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering a base salary, performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Experience: 3+ years of logistics coordination experience.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A background in customer service or sales support.
• Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Education: An Associate’s Degree (or equivalent experience).

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

Logistics & Import: Verify shipments, process import/export paperwork (B/L, Commercial Invoices), arrange transportation, and track freight rates.


Customer Service: Order entry (ERP System), invoicing, tracking shipments, and managing customer/vendor relationships.


Sales & Inventory Support: Monitor credit limits, liaise with sales staff, track inventory levels, and resolve discrepancies.
