Job Title

The East Whittier City School District provides educational opportunities (transitional kindergarten through eighth grade, including special education) for approximately 9,000 children. The District employs approximately 1,075 teachers, administrators and support staff. We have 13 schools which operate on a traditional school year schedule.Requirements / Qualifications

Experience: One year of paid or volunteer experience working with multi-age groups of children Education: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade Training or coursework in child growth and development, special education, instructional technology, or a closely related field desirable All requirements must be provided at time of applicationLetter of Introduction (Please include your experience qualifying you for this position) Letter(s) of Recommendation (1-Within the last 12 months) Resume Comments and Other Information
