Responsibilities:
Desktop Administrator Position Summary:

Front-line resource responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the Windows Desktops, Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Network infrastructure

Excellent opportunity for self-starter to learn and implement new technologies

Other duties as assigned

Environment:

Windows Server

Windows Desktop

Microsoft Office/Exchange 365

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates for the Desktop Administrator Position should possess the following:    

Working knowledge with Windows Desktop, Active Directory

Excellent communication & customer service skills

Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Attention to detail

Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff

Desire to learn and implement new technologies.

24/7 availability required

Limited travel

Must Have:          

High School Education, College a plus

Good work ethics and ability to work independently

Strong working knowledge with Windows Desktop, Active Directory

Experience with Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting/Upgrading

Nice to Have:      

VMware experience

Windows Server

Exchange

Cisco IOS
