Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation
Pay Range:$20.80-$30.60/Hrs
Description
• Provide support for installation of manufacturing applications.
• Manage system integration, including design, build, and implementation of IT infrastructure.
• Support and maintain specialized applications and workstations.
• Maintain network telecommunication equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors on business-specific applications.
• Document and define support processes.
• Participate in service restoration teams to ensure quick service recovery.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience.
• Coordinate resolution of user problems and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent repeat issues.
• Recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention.
• Manage requests and incidents in a service desk portal.
Qualifications
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or comparable experience.
• Minimum of three years of IT Support experience.
• Proficient with computer hardware and accessories.
• Proficient with Microsoft operating systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new applications.
