Description
The Operations Analyst will support daily operational functions with a focus on analyzing historical data to identify discrepancies, trends, and inconsistencies. This role will also assist with processing invoices and supporting client money movement activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The position will primarily support wire room and treasury functions, including the movement of funds and invoice handling.

The ideal candidate has a foundational background in data analysis, preferably within financial services, though candidates from other analytical environments are welcome. Some prior corporate experience is preferred so that the individual is already familiar with professional office expectations; this experience may come from an internship, contract role, or early-career position and does not need to be extensive.

salary: $24 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

  • Assist with client money movement, wire activity, and related reconciliations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data or processing issues
Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
