Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Human Resources Department as a Secretary. This full-time position is essential in providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting employee engagement and organizational culture.

Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining files. - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and forms. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. - Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance evaluations, training programs, and employee engagement activities. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team.

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. - Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a Human Resources department. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
