This position involves a wide range of physical tasks assisting skilled trades workers and helping maintain efficient and safe work environments. Pay fluctuates depending on project Responsibilities

Assist trades workers with daily job site tasks Load and unload materials and equipment Prepare and organize work areas Clean and maintain job sites Perform basic construction and labor duties Polish and finish surfaces such as concrete, marble, or wood flooring Follow all safety guidelines and company proceduresRequirements

Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
