Were only looking for real closers./ppThis is NOT a passive order-taking job. This is an aggressive outbound sales, business development, account management, make-something-happen, opportunity with objective measurements and metrics, which will directly impact your compensation./ppMembers of our team must be able to operate in relative isolation from the rest of the team, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and still achieve highly objective performance measurements./ppYou must be tech-friendly (well provide training for someone who wants to learn), highly organized, and very motivated to be successful./ppDrive new business by identifying and engaging potential clients in the legal industry, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities./ppDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to meet their evolving needs./ppConduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and client challenges, positioning our solutions effectively./ppCollaborate with the sales team to create and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals./ppUtilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance metrics./ppPrepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our services./ppNegotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term partnerships with clients in Philadelphia, PA, and beyond./ppA strong interest in consultative solutions selling. You see sales as a service you perform for PNCs, not as something you are doing to them./ppA proven track record utilizing a consultative sales approach./ppA proven track record in telephone sales./ppDemonstrated, proven success in lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing customers./ppExperience and proficiency with MS Excel; Experience with Mailchimp and Lawmatics is desirable but not required./ppSelf-motivating
