Place outbound calls to guests interested in planning vacations Guide customers through destination options, booking dates, and reservation details Process payments and accurately confirm all booking information Provide helpful recommendations and address guest questions or concerns Build strong product and destination knowledge to better assist guestsUse effective sales techniques to create urgency and drive bookings Deliver friendly, engaging service on every call Participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance performance Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals Company Benefits&Culture
