Step into our store and surround yourself with the irresistible scents of hand-mixed spice blends, premium loose-leaf teas, and gourmet seasonings from around the world. As a Sales Associate, you'll help create a warm, inviting shopping experience while sharing your love of food and flavor. Please be able to work 25 to 35 hours a week. Looking for a year-round associate, not just for summer.What You'll Do: Welcome every guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting. Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations. Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence. Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.Cross-train to help with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products. Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system. What We're Looking For: A passion for food, flavor, and making others feel welcome. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic technology. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
