Represent the business to the customer. Direct the team and individual team members to produce high levels of customer service. Handle all aspects of the customer experience, including gathering all information required to repair the vehicle. Perform all tasks consistent with the values of the business.We are looking for one highly trained service writer. If you are a dealership service writer, we will need to see your CSI numbers.
