Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative has the ultimate responsibility to ensure our customer's service needs are prioritized and met in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
Service writer experience preferred
Proficient customer service skills
Exceptional organization and time management expertise
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Basic computer knowledge
Communication and critical thinking skills
