Job Overview:
Follow standard work instructions to maintain a safe and orderly work area. Have a thorough understanding of the quality specifications of fiberglass skins. Operate slitter table and press with some limited robot functions. Inspect raw material and skins for quality defects; follow the proper procedures for escalating scrap material.Provide hour by hour updates to production boards for area of responsibility. Be able to push/pull/lift up to 49 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to read the production and interpret the production schedule and work orders. Will be expected to participate in continuous improvement projects.Continuously monitor all operations for quality production. Must perform any other tasks assigned by Group Manager.
