divh2Rx Call Center Specialist/h2pWith direct supervision from a supervisor, the Rx Call Center Specialist provides support and assistance to retail, manufacturing and wholesale clients, as well as Third Party logistics or other organizations regarding their pharmaceutical returns. The incumbent must be detailed-oriented, organized, empathetic, remain calm under pressure and be a creative problem solver./ppThis hybrid position requires the associate to work from the downtown Winton-Salem office 4 days a week./ph3Primary Accountabilities:/h3ulliResponsible for professionally answering a large volume of incoming client calls and responding with accurate information/liliCreate Salesforce cases for all calls and document thoroughly updates and resolutions/liliIdentify client needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives/liliDe-escalate any calls from dissatisfied clients/liliAssist in guiding clients through our web applications and assist in troubleshooting when needed/liliCreate access for our web applications/liliIdentify and escalate priority issues to management/liliRoute callers to the appropriate resource/li/ulh3Additional Responsibilities:/h3ulliPerforms other duties as assigned/liliComplies with all policies and standards/li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3ulliAssociates Degree required/lili1-3 years of related work experience working directly with clients in a call center or customer service environment/liliProficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office/liliProficient with Salesforce/liliKnowledge of call center telephony and technology/li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the major job responsibilities (essential functions) of this job.
