Solutions Architect - Java, New Jersey

Job Description: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

- hands-on experience working on Greenfield solutions and building tech stack and implementation strategy from scratch

- with partners in Infosec, Infrastructure and Operations and establish best practices

-identifying, managing and remediating IT risk and tech debt

" Hands-on experience

- building and delivering self-serve solutions leveraging various approved on-prem and cloud capabilities

- building BPM solutions with customizable & dynamic workflow

- with Rule Management and Rule translation frameworks with capabilities to covert and run user-provided rules into machine executable format

" Split time between leading design, implementation & software engineers and performing

Required Skills:

" 8+ years of experience as a full stack developer with hands-on experience working on all aspects: Front-end, user experience, APIs, Backend, CI/CD, DevSecops and NoSQL/SQL development and data modeling

" 7+ years of experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework, SprintBoot and Microservices

" 7+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift containers

" 8+ years of experience with front-end technologies - Angular 7/8, React, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML/CSS

" 7+ years of experience with MS SQL, MYSQL, MongoDB, data modelling & deployment using tools like Liquibase

" 5+ years of experience with Cloud Poviders like Openshift (OCP), GCP, Azure

" 7+ years of experience with Eclipse/IntelliJ IDE

" 7+ years of experience with BPM frameworks - JBPM, Camunda, IBM PAM

" 5+ years of experience with Rule Management tools like Drools, DRL, OpenRules, Google Cloud Rules Engine

" 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Harness, UCD, GitHub, Maven, Gradle

" 5+ years of experience with DevSecOps tools like SonarQube, GitLab, Checkmarx, Black Duck

" 5+ years of experience with Logging, Monitoring tools ELK Stack, Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes

" 5+ Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Shell

" 5+ Years of experience with API integration using Apigee, Rest API, Kafka

" 3+ years of experience with tests frameworks using Jasmine, Karma, Selenium, Junit, RestAssured, Postman

" 3+ years of experience working in Agile environment using Scrum/Kanban

" 3+ years of experience working in Jira, Confluence
