Mets, Schiro&Manetta, LLP are looking for an experienced paralegal to support our labor and employment law practice groups. The ideal candidate will have three plus years of experience in labor and employment matters. The major responsibilities of the position will include supporting attorneys in all phases of labor practice and employment litigation, including but not limited to drafting pleadings, motions, assistance in discovery and trial support.

This is a forty (40) hour per week in-person position with the potential for hybrid work.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in any field or associates degree in paralegal studies strongly preferred

· Minimum of three years of paralegal experience, labor and employment law experience preferred

· Excellent organizational and time managements skills

· Excellent research and analytical skills

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· Familiar with New Jersey eCourts and e-filing

· Strong computer skills

· Ability to work independently

· Ability to manage a caseload
