General Laborer Location: Woodland, WA Pay: $19 / HR Job Description: Stack, sort, and organize lumber, panels, and other building materials according to size, grade, and production requirements. Pull, stage, and bundle materials for customer orders or internal production lines. Use pallet jacks, carts, banding tools, and (if certified) forklifts to move materials safely.Assist machine operators by feeding materials, removing finished products, and maintaining clean work areas. Inspect materials for defects, damage, or incorrect sizing before stacking or shipping. Sweep, clean, dispose of scrap, and help maintain a safe, organized yard and warehouse. Follow all OSHA and company safety rules, including PPE use, hazard reporting, and safe lifting techniques.Essential Skills Ability to work with tools, machinery, and measuring devices. Lift 50–75 lbs regularly; stand, bend, and move throughout the shift. Ability to follow precise measurements and instructions. Measure lumber, calculate lengths, and verify dimensions. Environment / Shift: Fast‑paced, indoor manufacturing facilityExposure to noise, sawdust, and moving machinery Requires PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.) Day Shift: Monday-Friday 5AM-3:30PM. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodland, WA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
