PLC Logic Design: Create PLC logic designs with Rockwell RSLogix5000 (ControlLogix, CompactLogix). Experience with Step7 and TIA Portal (Siemens) is preferred.
Graphical User Interfaces: Design graphical user interfaces using Rockwell FactoryTalk View Studio, as well as Step7, TIA Portal, and Automation.
Communication Protocols: Utilize various communication protocols, including Ethernet IP and DeviceNet.
Education/Experience
Degree and Experience: Knowledge of PLC programming languages, operator interface programming languages, and hardware design.
Controls Hardware Design: Experience in controls hardware design and configuration.
Robot Communications: Proficiency in handshake communications between robots and PLCs.
Pneumatics: A solid understanding of pneumatics.
Robot Programming: Robot programming experience is a plus.
