Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Position Overview:
Seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support domestic order management and implement functional excellence in line with business and customer needs. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, quality compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage domestic customer orders, pricing, documentation, and invoicing using SAP-R3 or equivalent systems
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes using business unit tracking systems
Issue credit/debit memos and process samples and rebates
Monitor sales orders through the fulfillment process
Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, and logistics
Support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements
Contribute to training, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
College degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 6 months 1 year of SAP-R3 (or equivalent) experience in order processing, deliverables, and invoicing
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); testing required
Experience with (url removed) and SharePoint a plus
Understanding of Sales-to-Cash (STC) and Requisition-to-Pay (RTP) processes preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and phone communication abilities
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Demonstrated initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements

Occasional travel may be required (infrequent)
