Automotive Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk, Worcester

Herb Chambers Land Rover of Sudbury is looking for a qualified Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk to join the team! 

Responsibilities:

Automotive experience preferred

CDK experience preferred – we will train the right candidate

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Process daily cash deposit

Post daily AP invoices/ cut weekly and monthly checks for all invoices

Receipt in daily all incoming AR checks

Run monthly customer statements

Reconcile and balance all incoming vendor statements

Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

Accounting degree (preferred, not required)

Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
