Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of work items, change orders, and defect resolutions across multiple MMIS teams, ensuring alignment with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Oversee medium-sized project management teams while contributing to larger technology programs.
- Provide direction, staffing coordination, and deadline management to ensure quality and timely task completion.
- Interface with client stakeholders, internal leadership, and project teams to measure and communicate project metrics and recommend improvements.
- Define project objectives, schedules, and program deliverables to ensure successful execution across all phases.
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive status reporting and regular project updates.
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment across business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- Contribute to leadership coverage responsibilities, including Leader On Call (LOC) support and coordination of operational priorities.

- Project Management Tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- 6+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through the full project management lifecycle.
- 3+ years of Medicaid and/or Medicare experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of MMIS projects, including timeline coordination, cross-functional dependency management, and defect resolution.
- Experience managing software development projects in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Experience working with application development teams in a cloud delivery model.
- Experience in IT application development and infrastructure solution integration.
- Proven experience delivering projects using project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong client-facing experience and ability to adapt to client processes while collaborating with client Project Managers.
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required (no sponsorship permitted).
