What You'll Do
Analyze provider documentation and customer configurations to identify improvement opportunities.
Design automated workflow solutions and process improvements.
Manage multiple complex projects and stakeholder relationships concurrently.
Create and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders, leadership, and customers.
Lead initiatives to enhance client and operational outcomes.
Provide mentorship and training to new hires and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
Deep expertise in medical coding.
Possession of CPC/CCS Certification.
Proven experience in project management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to design workflows using Lean Six Sigma or operational engineering techniques.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or SQL is a plus.
