Custodial, North Brookfield

Green Gold Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, laundry
operations, and overall presentation of our cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and operational facilities.
This
position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, compliant, and professional environment while
supporting daily facility operations in accordance with company policies, OSHA standards, and Massachusetts
Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations
General Cleaning & Sanitation
Clean and sanitize offices, hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, cultivation support areas, and
operational spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and maintain floors throughout the facility
Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas
Clean windows, doors, walls, ceilings, vents, and other surfaces as needed
Maintain cleanliness of employee common areas and visitor-facing spaces
Refill paper products, soap dispensers, and sanitation supplies
Laundry & Uniform Responsibilities
Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute employee scrubs and facility laundry
Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor laundry supply inventory including detergents, disinfectants, and related materials
Ensure clean scrubs and uniforms are consistently available for employees
Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas and equipment
Report malfunctioning laundry equipment or supply shortages to management
Facility Support
Assist with facility setup, room turnover, and cleaning between operational cycles
Perform deep cleaning of cultivation and processing support areas
Maintain janitorial closets, cleaning equipment, and supply inventory
Report maintenance issues, leaks, damages, safety hazards, or equipment concerns immediately
Assist with snow removal, exterior cleanup, and seasonal facility upkeep when required
Compliance & Safety
Follow all OSHA safety standards and company PPE requirements
Comply with all Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations and internal SOPs
Safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow SDS requirements
Salary
$18 - $21 USD per hour
