Duties and Responsibilities:

Familiarity with state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities Maintain the facility in a home-like environment for our residents General maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building repairs Excellent budgeting, record keeping and ability to submit detailed repair reportsOn-call responsibilities to respond to facility needs to maintain the safety of the grounds, residents and staff Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent Valid drivers license Excellent customer service skills Benefits:
