Responsibilities Snow Removal Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs. Work order maintenance requests as assigned Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs Execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risksQualifications Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Valid Driver’s license and transportation required Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures At least 2 years of maintenance experience Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
