Key Responsibilities
Direct all plant production and maintenance operations for 100 employees
Maintain high standards of product quality
Ensure on-time delivery of all orders
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Train and develop plant staff
Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in plant management
