Retail Sales Coordinator, Pennsylvania

Overview:
​​​​​​​The Retail Sales Coordinator will provide direct support to a geographical region of the country comprised of our customers and brokers and share deduction and rebate management responsibilities.​​​ 

Responsibilities:
​​​​Communicate, maintain, and administer program details with assigned external customers/brokers 

​​Coordinate various activities by working cross-functionally with internal departments 

​​Understand our customers’ needs as well as our internal policies and procedures 

​​Serve as the hub for logistics, order entry, production planning, invoicing, and other internal departments 

​​Assist in maintaining product portfolio on Retail Sales database and customer portals 

​​Research and maintain accurate electronic records on customer deductions and related communication

​​Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve deductions or collect a payback

​​Address/resolve customer order issues pertaining to (pricing, quantities, date changes, etc.) 

​​Complete special projects as assigned 

​​Attend essential training meetings and develop an understanding of all company systems and products​ 

​Other duties assigned by supervisor

Essential Functions:
​​​​Must be able to speak, listen and effectively communicate with team members and customers and actively participate in team meetings  

​​​Detail oriented with strong organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure   

​​Ability to analyze / interpret technical information, mathematical concepts, and form conclusions 

​​Able to read, analyze, and follow directions   

​​​​Able to handle confidential information   

​​Ability to work independently as well as part of a team   

​​Must understand pricing and promotional strategies for Retail Sales    

​​​​Adherence to the company attendance policy is required, which includes expectations of punctuality and limited unapproved absences   

​​​​Involves extensive keyboard operation and regular use of office equipment   

​​​Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects  

​​​Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers  

​​​​Position involves both sedentary and physically active work  

​​​The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.  

​​​Must have the ability to regularly climb stairs and access all areas of the office and plant   ​

Qualifications:
​​4-year college degree strongly preferred 

Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.  with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. 

​Proven experience in a sales-related field 

Pay Range:
USD $22.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
