Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around New Castle, CA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $25/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

Perform repetitive welding tasks using .045 or 1/16 flux core wire

Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications

Lift & handle materials up to 50lbs safely & efficiently

Assist with drilling, fitting, & general fabrication work in the shop

Support other welders & shop personnel with ongoing projects as needed 

Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

3+ Years of Welding Experience

Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50lbs safely and efficiently 

Must have Reliable Transportation

Hand Tools

Proper PPE
