Maintenance Supervisor

Located in Youngstown, OH

$22-$28/hour

Must be available to work any shift

Contract to Hire opportunity

As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Maintenance team. You will be the first point of contact for any maintenance issues.

Duties/Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities of the maintenance teams

Manage employees' attendance and hours worked.

Evaluate employee performance.

Delegate maintenance assignments to appropriate teams and personnel

Train and coach new and current employees

Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions.

Lead all employees in company safety initiatives, foster a safe work environment, and enforce/support safety policies and rules.

Skills/Qualifications

3 or more years' experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.

Maintain maintenance operations through supervising, planning, scheduling and monitoring labor productivity.

Previous hand-on experience in manufacturing maintenance environment.

Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Experience managing preventative maintenance program.

Basic computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Will be subject to pre-employment drug screening.
