ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be working with our team of engineers to provide engineering design and technical support.

Responsibilities in this role will include, but not limited to the following:

- Work within project schedules and deadlines.

- Review and be familiar with approved design criteria and codes.

- Review scope of project to clearly define what our deliverables will be.

- Create and review calculations specific for the design.

- Prepare reports outlining design criteria or analysis of equipment.

- Ability to interact and talk with clients to review project status or deliverables.

- Travel to client's site to attend meetings or gather additional information for the project.

Education, Experience and Skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Licensure is not required.

- Knowledge and understanding to design power systems

- Designing Instrumentation systems

- Perform Arc Flash Studies for heavy manufacturing facilities

- Experience with motor control systems including D.C., A.C., and VFD controls

- Familiarity of 3 phase electrical circuits

- PLC programming

- Be able to read and interpret drawings for review and reference.

- 3 to 5 years prior experience utilizing mechanical engineering principles.

- Proficient in AutoCad and other softwares used for designing

- Having prior experience working within Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Facilities
