You will play a vital role in supporting both patients and providers by handling a variety of clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations in our medical office. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and capable of providing high-quality service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Responsibilities Interview patients and document basic medical history Organize and schedule appointments Update and manage medical records and insurance documentation Arrange hospital admissions, referrals, and lab services Check in patients and document information in charts Assist providers during medical examinations and proceduresPrepare, clean, and maintain treatment rooms and medical equipment Generate and distribute memos, letters, forms, and faxes Handle basic accounts receivable/payable and maintain financial records Qualifications

Requirements&Skills Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Secretary Familiarity with medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Service-oriented with high social awareness Proficient in MS Office and patient management software (e.g., EHR/EMR)Strong organizational and planning abilities Degree or diploma in Medical Assisting or a related field Why Join Quickmed?
