As a Gauge Lab Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision behind products used in essential industries worldwide. Your day-to-day impact includes:Calibration&Inspection Operations Audit&Compliance Support Records, Systems&Environment Control Procedures&Continuous Improvement What you bring: Hands-on experience with digital and dial measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators. Prior measurement experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment. Strong understanding of precision measurement techniques and inspection practices.Ability to read, interpret, and apply API specifications, technical drawings, and work instructions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and calibration or quality management systems. Strong mathematical, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. High attention to detail, accountability, and a continuous-improvement mindset.Preferred qualifications: Experience working in a quality lab or inspection environment. Previous involvement supporting ISO and/or API audits. Associate Technical Degree or related education. Physical&work requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Willingness to travel between Company locations using a personal vehicle.
