CDL Class A Driver

to join our asphalt paving and construction team. This position is responsible for safely transporting asphalt materials, stone, equipment, and supplies to and from jobsites while supporting the paving crew as needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in safe driving, equipment care, and being part of a productive crew. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the job moving.Key Responsibilities CDL Driving / Transportation Safely operate

Class A CDL trucks and trailers Haul asphalt, aggregate, equipment, and materials to and from jobsites Transport paving equipment between yard and project locations Secure loads and verify proper tie-downs before transport Follow all DOT and company safety regulations Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsReport maintenance or mechanical issues promptly Maintain truck cleanliness and organization Jobsite Support Assist paving crew with setup and cleanup Deliver materials and supplies where needed Help with traffic control and maintaining a safe work zone Support equipment operators and laborers during active pavingAssist with loading/unloading tools and equipment Be available to fill in where needed throughout the day Safety&Equipment Care Follow all company safety procedures Operate safely around crew members, customers, and active traffic Inspect truck, trailer, and related equipment daily Keep required CDL and medical certifications current Qualifications Valid

CDL Class A license Current medical card Clean driving record Experience hauling equipment and/or construction materials preferred Asphalt paving or construction experience a plus Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed Strong work ethic and dependable attendanceTeam-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed Schedule / Work Environment Full-time Day shift Overtime available during peak season Local travel to jobsites throughout Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania Outdoor construction environment What We’re Looking For Dependable and punctualSafety-first mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced paving environment Positive attitude Willing to work as part of the crew, not just drive
